Diplomate, professional negotiator with terrorist? No, But we remember his heroic behavior during “Nord-Ost” and Beslan tragedies. It’s a common children’s doctor.” – Sergey Mironov expressed his admiration.
The Prize was established 10 years ago by the “Readers’ Digest” magazine and is annually awarded to a man who best of all personifies European humanistic values. And Leonid Roshal became the first Russian to be honored with this prize.
